3.2 Digital Learning Materials

E-books, webinars, and templates designed to support ethical economic strategies.

3.3 Physical Products

Printed guides and related materials shipped to your address.

4. Refund and Transfer Policy

4.1 Executive Coaching Services

Fees for sessions and workshops are fully transferable to another date or participant upon notice at least 14 days prior to the scheduled start. Due to the bespoke nature of our preparation, refunds are not provided for these services.

4.2 Digital Learning Materials

Refund requests for digital materials must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a refund, please contact us via the contact form. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment channel within 14 days of approval.

4.3 Physical Products

Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a refund for the product price within 14 days via the original payment channel.
